Brandon Craig

My name is Brandon Craig and I am 21 years old. I finished two years at the Word of Life Bible Institute, and finished one year of Impact in between my college years. I grew up in a small town in Bowdoin, Maine. I came to know the Lord as my Savior at the age of four when my Mother sat down with me and showed me how I was a sinner in need of a Savior. Then she told me the great truth that I just had to understand that Jesus had died for my sin and accept the free gift He offered of eternal life. I did just that and my life would never be the same again. I am thankful that I accepted Jesus when I was so young, although I did not always live as God would desire me to. I had great parents who were examples of people who were not perfect but letting God have control of their lives and use them in my life and many others. It is really through God using my parents, church family, sister and brother in law, and the Impact team that came to my school that brought me to Word of Life Bible Institute. God used the first year at the Bible Institute to firm up what I believe and teach me to have a hunger for the Word of God and open my eyes to an awesome life of serving the Creator of life. The year of Impact after my first year at the BI was just what I need to get out there and see different ministries first-hand. I then returned to the BI to do their second year program. I went into the year with a whole new perspective then I did my first year. God has brought me a long way from where I was four years ago. I look forward to this year and the many to come if God wills it. I hold on to the truth of Galatians 2:20 that says "I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me. May this describe my life.
